Our Approach & Solution

Our partnership with the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) had a clear mission: enhance the Omnia event experience through captivating motion graphics seamlessly integrated into the ambiance.

Throughout the project, we encountered a notable challenge in adapting to Omnia’s unique screen resolutions. These unconventional resolutions introduced time constraints, especially when last-minute adjustments were requested by the CAALA team, adding complexity as the deadline neared.

To ensure a seamless integration of our graphics package with Omnia’s system, we prioritized open and effective communication with their team. This collaboration allowed us to work within the system’s limitations, addressing time constraints and selecting the appropriate file codec for rendering.

The audience’s response was overwhelmingly positive. Event attendees were enchanted by the immersive environment crafted by our motion graphics, enhancing the overall atmosphere. Sponsors, too, were thrilled to see their companies represented in a distinctive and visually striking manner, reaffirming their support for CAALA’s event.

In summary, our project not only achieved its goals but exceeded expectations by delivering a visually captivating experience at Omnia. Despite the challenges posed by screen resolutions and tight timelines, our collaboration with the Omnia team and the enthusiastic response from attendees and sponsors underscored the success of our creative effort.
